How long will it take me to complete the course?
That’s up to you. The course is structured in 8 modules, 21 chapters, with over 700 pages of text, charts and imagery. It includes lesson quizzes, contemplations, meditations and experiential activities. We designed the course to take a year to 18 months so that you could gradually integrate all that you are learning with the transition of the seasons and the activities of your life. It is possible that some people will complete the course in a shorter period of time. You have 2 years to complete the course online and you can print the PDF chapters and they are yours for life.
Can I enroll with a group of like minded people starting at the same time?
Yes, we open up special enrollment circles in the Autumn so that people can start and experience the course with a “home group.” You can pace your self, but draw on a smaller circle of support in a private ff page.
Is the course compatible with my tablet and smart phone?

Will I be able to download the lessons and the audio instructions?
Yes! Each chapter is in PDF form and can be downloaded and printed once you purchase the course. Then it is yours for life.
What is the tuition investment?
The course is £750 which is approximately $995. It takes most people 18 months to complete so that’s a 55 dollar or £40 monthly investment in your health, well-being and professional development.
What does the course cover about Ayurveda?

How many hours a week should I put aside for study and doing the exercises?
With this online course format, you can decide how to structure your time so that it works with your schedule and responsibilities. Ideally, you may want to spend one hour a day or 3 to 7 hours a week when possible.
Is there a time limit on completing the course and having access to the website?
Yes, there is a time limit. You have 2 years to complete the course online. The average time of completion is about 18 months.
Does this course certify me to practice Ayurveda?
No, this is a foundational course in Ayurveda and not a course to certify you to practice professionally.
Will I receive a certificate of completion?
Yes, when you complete the course you will be able to print out a PDF of the Living Wisdom: The Foundations of Ayurveda Course completion certificate.
Will I have the support of others taking the course?
