APA Webinar – Looking at Local Herbs from an Ayurvedic Perspective

I am so excited to be taking an online webinar for the APA, on Wednesday 21st April from 17.00-18.30, when I will be looking at local spring herbs from an Ayurvedic perspective.

I’d love it if you could join me for a discussion about common local herbs using Ayurvedic classifications. I strongly feel that it is important to consider the wisdom and sustainability of depending for our medicines on herbs grown out of sight, thousands of miles away in India and other far corners of the earth. For us to get the best results from our plant medicines, it is vital that we ensure that they are of the best quality, free from pollution, correctly identified and produced with minimal impact on the environment. Sourcing them locally and ideally foraging, growing and preparing our own herbal remedies is the best way of ensuring this. I will start by looking at a few popular spring remedies that you can all find on your doorsteps such as dandelion, nettle and ground ivy.

Hello. I am interested in your herbs webinar on the 21st but live across the pond so the time difference is difficult. I was wondering if you record the calls and then I could still benefit but not be present live? thanks Namaste

    • Anna Arnell says:

      Dear Jo
Thank you for your question about Anne’s webinar on 21st April. This is being hosted by the APA so I think that the best thing to do would be to contact them by email at info@apa.uk.com to double check that it is being recorded. I would have assumed so, as this seems to be standard practice for Zoom calls.
      Best wishes
